I think in systems. I build at edges.
I started where things move: logistics, supply chains, industrial automation. Understanding how real-world systems create trust and deliver value under constraints. That training gave me a lens: every system has structure, actors and energy. When you see one, you see all three.
The signal came during a blockchain project at BMW: the infrastructure layer was being rewritten. I spent the next four years inside Deutsche Bahn bridging legacy systems and decentralized infrastructure — self-sovereign identity, blockchain-based train routing, IT project management across three business units. Two worlds that don't speak the same language. I learned to translate.
Then I stopped translating for institutions and started building. The Convergence is the result: a daily intelligence sensor that reads the structural reorganization of the internet through three layers — ownership, agency and attention — and three hidden forces that determine whether what it sees actually matters.
