I don't predict the future. I build the bridge to it.
Industrial engineer by training. 7+ years navigating the space between enterprise systems and decentralized infrastructure: building products, advising teams and writing The Convergence. Based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
A structural signal instrument tracking the reorganization of the internet through three layers.
Three forces that have evolved independently are now folding into each other: who controls what, who does the work and what gets our attention. Ownership, agency and attention. Each one alone is a trend. Together, they're a phase transition.
This essay is the foundation. Not a prediction: a lens. One viewing angle applied consistently, tracking what it can and remaining honest about what it can't.
Read Article Zero →Who controls what. Decentralized protocols, digital identity, programmable trust, data sovereignty.
Is control moving toward individuals and protocols or consolidating in platforms?Who does the work. AI agents, autonomous workflows, human-AI delegation, intent-based architectures.
Is this expanding human leverage or replacing human judgment? What compounds. Signal vs. noise, feed architecture, trust loops, attention as the measurement function.
Does this compound signal and trust or extract attention for someone else's gain?I started where things move: logistics, supply chains, industrial automation. Understanding how real-world systems create trust and deliver value under constraints. That training gave me a lens: every system has structure, actors and energy. When you see one, you see all three.
The signal came during a blockchain project at BMW: the infrastructure layer was being rewritten. I spent the next four years inside Deutsche Bahn bridging legacy systems and decentralized infrastructure: IT project management, self-sovereign identity, blockchain-based train routing. Three business units. Two worlds that don't speak the same language. I learned to translate.
Then I stopped translating for institutions and started building. The Convergence is the result: a framework for reading the structural reorganization of the internet through three layers: ownership, agency and attention. Not predicting the future. Making the present legible.
The internet is drowning in takes. What it lacks is structure. That's the gap I operate in.
I work with founders, operators and institutions at the convergence of Web3, agentic AI and the attention economy. If you're building infrastructure, shipping products or investing in what comes next: let's connect.
